• Provide AI image generation and editing services.
• Maintain your generation history and credit balance.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Improve our services through aggregated analytics.
• Send service notifications and updates.

3. Image Storage and Retention

Your uploaded and generated images are stored privately. We use short-lived signed URLs for access. Retention periods:

• Guest temporary uploads: 24 hours after processing.
• Registered user uploads: 30 days or until deletion.
• Generated results: Retained while your account is active.
• Deleted items: Soft-deleted for 7 days, then permanently removed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• AI model providers (prompts and images for processing only).
• Stripe (for payment processing).
• Cloud infrastructure providers (for storage and computing).
• Analytics providers (aggregated, non-identifying data only).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Export your generation history and data.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of analytics tracking.
